NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
ILLINOIS MEDICAL DISTRICT COMMISSION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Illinois Medical District Commission, of 600 South Hoyne Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60612-3756 will conduct a special meeting of the Illinois Medical District Commission, which meeting is in addition to those meetings as previously posted by the Commission, which meeting shall occur on Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at 9:00 A.M., at the Illinois Medical District Commission, Conference Room, 600 South Hoyne Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. This special meeting has been called by the President of the Commission, Kenneth D. Schmidt.  This notice is being provided pursuant to and in compliance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, 5 ILCS 120.  The purpose of the special meeting is for discussion and action upon the Chicago Technology Park Research Center Lease with the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois and discussion and action relative to the 2020 W. Ogden Lease and Redevelopment Agreement.
